Our business began in 1998 as a small venture to provide local customers quality made flooring from under-utilized local woods. We cannot guarantee against problems arising from incorrect installation, normal wear or high heels, abuse, or damage arising from accidents, excessive moisture or humidity differential, or scratches/stains from pets. Please note that our guarantee applies to residential flooring that has been professionally installed in accordance with our guidelines. We will replace any defective boards at our expense prior to installation. Our Guarantee: The structural integrity of each board is guaranteed against cracking or splitting, that could be the result of improper grading or defect control at our processing facility. We will do everything in our power to ensure that our products are manufactured, on budget, sold and delivered on time, and in complete accordance with our customer's wishes.
